These apartments are located in a quiet part of Georgioupolis, 100 meters from the main square and 200 meters from the beach.
Sofia herself speaks English and lives beside and her aim and attention to detail makes your stay comfortable.
These apartments and studios are new, and have been furnished with table and chairs and equipped to high standards.
Floors are ceramic tiled throughout the apartment. Cleaning is carried out every day with linen and towel changes two times per week.
All the accommodation access to private sunny furnished balconies, most of them with a view of the sea and the white mountains. Double glazed doors leading onto balconies have tilting mechanism to allow ventilation whilst offering full security.
All the studios and apartments allocate Air-condition and TV, included in the price.
The entrance courtyard is covered with a variety of colourful flowers making it always a pleasure to return after an enjoyable day on the beach. Rooms to be vacated on the day of departure by 12 noon unless alternative arrangements are agreed with the owner. Extra person price per night + 20%.
Main room offers dining table and chairs, sofa which converts into a double bed, storage cupboards. The kitchen is very well equipped with crockery and utensils. The kitchen unit comprises of 2 ring electric hob extractor, stainless steel sinks with cupboards under and fridge. Cupboards above the tiled splash-back provides further storage.
Luxury shower or bathrooms, fitted with top of the range brassware and porcelain, wash hand basin and w.c., are more spacious than one would normally find in holiday accommodation. The whole is beautifully tiled, perfect place to relax and recoup your energy for the next day.

Sofia`s Appartements befinden sich an einem ruhigen Platz in Georgioupolis, 100 Meter vom Dorfplatz entfernt. Den langen Sandstrand finden wir nach 200 Metern. Sofia spricht sehr gut Englisch und wohnt im gleichen Gebäude. Ihr Bemühen um viele kleine Details macht das Wohnen bei ihr zum Genuss.
Diese Appartements und Studios sind alle neu, möbliert mit einem hohen Standard. Das ganze Hotel ist gefliest mit Keramik. Zimmerreinigung erfolgt sechmal die Woche, Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zweimal in der Woche gewechselt.
Der Eingang des Besitzes ist bepflanzt mit vielen farbenfrohen Blumen, sodaß es jedesmal eine Freude ist, nach einem angenehmen Strandtag, wieder zurückzukehren. Falls nicht anders vereinbart, sollten die Zimmer am Abfahrtstag bis 12.00 Uhr geräumt sein. Bei zusätzlichen Personen gibt es ein Aufschlag von 20% pro Nacht.
Das Wohnzimmer bietet einen Eßtisch mit Stühlen, ein Sofa, welches man zu einem Doppelbett ausziehen kann, und Schränke. Die Küchennzeile ist gut ausgestattet mit allen Utensilien, die man zum Kochen braucht, zwei elektrische Kochplatten, Spülbecken, Ober-und Unterschränke und einen Kühlschrank. Großräumige Badezimmer, mit Dusche, Toilette, Waschbecken, alles aus Porzellan, finden wir in jedem Zimmer. Alle Badezimmer sind gefliest, der richtige Platz sich zu regenerieren.

Τα διαμερίσματα "Σοφία" Βρίσκονται 100 μόλις μέτρα από τη κεντρική πλατεία και 200 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Η Κα Σοφία μένει ακριβώς δίπλα. Η βοήθειά της και η προσοχ'η της στη λεπτομέρεια, κάνουν την διαμονή σας ευχάριστη.
Τα διαμερίσματα και τα στούντιο είναι πρόσφατα κατασκευασμένα, επιπλωμένα με τραπέζι, καρέκλες, πολυθρόνα και εξοπλισμένα σύμφωνα με τα σύγχρονα πρότυπα και απαιτήσεις. Καθαρίζονται καθημερινά, με αλλαγή σεντονιών και πετσετών δύο φορές τη βδομάδα. Έχουν όλα πρόσβαση σε ατομικά, ηλιόλουστα και επιπλωμένα μπαλκόνια, τα περισσότερα με θέα στη θάλασσα και τα Λευκά Όρη.
Μπαλκονόπορτες με διπλά τζάμια και ειδικό μηχανισμό προσφλερουν πλήρη ασφάλεια ενώ επιτρέπουν συγχρόνως πλήρη εξαερισμό. Όλα τα διαμερίσματα και στούντιο διαθέτουν κλιματιστικό και τηλεόραση χωρίς καμία επιβάρυνση στη τιμή τους. Η είσοδος της αυλής καλύπτεται από πολύχρωμα λουλούδια και φυτά κάνοντας ευχάριστη την επιστροφή μετά από μια απολαυστική μέρα στη παραλία.
Τα δωμάτια ελευθερόνονται στις 12 το μεσημέρι την ημέρα αναχώρησης, εκτός αν προσυμφωνηθεί κάτι διαφορετικό. Επιπλέον άτομο χρεώνεται με 20% στην αναγραφόμενη τιμή. Στό κυρίως δωμάτιο υπάρχει τραπέζι γεύματος, καρέκλες, πολυθρόνα που μετατρέπεται σε καναπέ και ντουλάπα. Η κουζίνα είναι εξοπλισμένη με όλα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη μαγειρέματος, δύο ηλεκτρικές εστίες, ανοξείδωτο νεροχύτη, ντουλάπια πάνω - κάτω και ψυγείο.
Πολυτελή λουτρά, νιπτήρες και λεκάνη με αστραφτερή πορσελάνη, είναι ευρύχωρα όσο δεν περιμένατε να βρίτε στις διακοπές σας. Καλυμμένα εξ' ολοκλήρου με πλακάκια είναι μέρος ιδανικό για χαλάρωση παίρνωντας δύναμη για την επόμενη μέρα.
